Leeds United striker Caleb Ekuban has revealed that he thinks that there is more to come from Samuel Saiz this season.
Both players were additions to the side during the summer transfer window and have endured contrasting fortunes since their arrivals.
Saiz has arguably been the best player for the Whites so far this season. He has so far scored nine goals and delivered four assists from 19 appearances in all competitions.
Meanwhile Ekuban has just made his return to first team action after having to be on the sidelines for a while through injury.
Ekuban, who made his first start since mid August when the Whites defeated Barnsley this weekend, believes that there is more to come from Saiz.
“He can be even better”, said Ekuban, as quoted by the Yorkshire Evening Post.
“He is really a good player. You can see he is the one that is keeping the job up front and I hope he can continue in this way.”
