Celtic and West Ham are set to do battle during the January transfer window in the race to sign Reading defender Liam Moore.
In addition to the above mentioned clubs, Stoke City and West Brom are also rumored to be tracking the former Leicester City man.
West Ham are struggling in the Premier League this season and have one of the worst defensive records of any club in the English top flight.
They are therefore likely to bolster their backline in January and Moore could be one of the players that they turn to. Reading will also however be reluctant to part ways with Moore.
He is an important member of the Royals team and considering that they are languishing in 19th position on the Championship standings, they will want to keep him in their side in order to avoid possibly being relegated to League One.
The appeal of European football with Celtic or Premier League football is surely something that should appeal to Moore.
