West Ham are reportedly set to offer David Moyes a bumper transfer budget for the January transfer window.
The Hammers are struggling this season and are currently languishing in 18th position on the Premier League standings after taking just nine points from their opening 12 games of the season.
Based on the way that they are currently playing, relegation could be a serious possibility.
The Hammers will now offer the cash that was originally set aside to buy William Carvalho to Moyes to bolster the side.
Despite the drama that took place between Sporting Lisbon and the Hammers during the summer over a deal for Carvalho, Sporting President Bruno de Carvalho says that a move could happen.
It remains to be seen what Moyes will opt for but considering that Carvalho will definitely bolster the midfield, he could be on the radar.
The East London club are also said to be analyzing Hajduk Split midfielder Hamza Barry.
