Kevin Kilbane slams West Ham goalkeeper Hart following Watford defeat

Joe Hart

BBC Pundit Kevin Kilbane has blasted West Ham goalkeeper Joe Hart for his performance during the Hammers’ 2-0 loss against Watford in the Premier League on Sunday.

The result does nothing to ease the Hammers relegation worries this season and the result leaves them in 18th position on the League standings with 9 points from 12 games.

Will Hughes and Richarlison were on target for the Hornets and Kilbane criticized Hart for the role that he played in allowing the second goal of the game to be scored.

Richarlison managed to fire a shot inside the penalty area and the ball went through Hart’s gloves and into the net.

“Winston Reid over-compensated. He thought Richarlison wanted to come back on to his right foot, and gave Richarlison too much space to shoot with his left,” Kilbane told BBC Radio 5 live.

“I think Joe Hart should be doing better there. He got two hands behind it.”
