Club America vs Queretaro Copa MX Quarterfinals – Watch Live Online, TV Schedule November 1, 2017

This Wednesday, November 1, 2017 (8:00 PM Pacific) Club America will host Queretaro at the Estadio Azteca for a match in the quarterfinals of the Apertura 2017 edition of the Copa MX. Club America is the clear favorite heading into the match but these Copa MX games can prove to have surprising results.

Club America has been having a solid season, currently fifth in the Liga MX with 26 points and seems like a strong title contender in this Copa MX competition. Las Aguilas defeated Mexico City rivals Cruz Azul in the round of 16 in the tournament and should not have many complications in this game. Manager Miguel Herrera has expressed interest in this competition by starting some of his more notable players and that immediately gives the team an edge in this encounter.

Queretaro has had a lackluster Apertura 2017, currently in 17th place with 12 points but still has hopes in this Copa MX tournament. Los Gallos Blancos are in a transitional phase under former Club America manager Luis Fernando Tena. Queretaro did get past Leon on penalties in the round of 16 of the Copa MX competition with Tena at the helm.

The Mexican manager used most of his key players and is likely to do the same in this match with not much to play for anymore in the Liga MX. Los Gallos did manage to defeat Club America 1-0 at the Estadio Azteca in week 1 of the Apertura 2017 but this game should prove to be a bit more complicated.
