Everton handed boost as £20million man hints at returning next month

Everton’s attack have struggled in the league thus far, with only 2 goals to the club’s name since the season began.

The Toffees have lacked cutting edge on the flanks since former Crystal Palace forward Yannick Bolasie succumbed to injury last December.

The Merseysiders could do with the creativity of the £20million man, and going by his most recent social media posts, they could have him earlier than expected.

A knee injury that required 2 surgical operations has kept Bolasie out of action since what seems like forever, but his rehabilitation appears to have been fast-tracked, as the Congo international dropped 2 major hints regarding returning to action next month on his YouTube and Twitter accounts.

A video uploaded few days ago shows Bolasie going through his paces both on the pitch and in the gym, and the winger reveals in it that the original diagnosis was 10 months rather than 12, which would mean he could return on very early in October.

Last month, Everton owner Farhad Moshiri claimed Seamus Coleman was set for an October return while Bolasie would be back in December.

However, it seems he had the two players confused as it’s the winger who appears closer to making a return, although the fullback is also back training personally.

The club can’t wait to have Bolasie back, and they could really do with some pace and verve on the wings having struggled to create plenty of goalscoring chances since the season kicked off.
