West Ham boss Bilic delivers a strong warning to 27-year-old

According to reports, West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has informed striker Diafra Sakho that he will have to start behaving or risk facing club sanctions.

After becoming unsettled in England, the Senegal international tried to engineer a move away from the club and entered into negotiations with French Ligue 1 club Rennes over a potential move without informing the Hammers.

The 27-year-old Sakho also showed the East London club disrespect by not pitching up at training on Thursday and was spotted at Chemsford racecourse, where his agent Mark McKay had a horse competing.

Bilic has now reportedly informed the striker that he will need to behave well or the club will impose sanctions on him.

Sakho now needs to work hard in training and try to play first team games in order to create opportunities for himself during the January transfer window. Some clubs would have been put off by his antics on deadline day.
