Aston Villa star slates former manager once again

Aston Villa midfielder Robert Snodgrass has criticized West Ham manager Slaven Bilic for playing him out of position during his time with the Hammers.

The 29-year-old Snodgrass only joined the Hammers from Hull in January and was expected to add creativity to the teams attack following the departure of Dimitri Payet.

He however failed to deliver and did not manage to find the back of the net from 15 Premier League appearances.

After being deemed surplus to requirements at the London Stadium, the Scotland international has been sent to Villa on loan for this season.

He enjoys a good relationship with Villains boss Steve Bruce, with the duo having worked well together previously to help Hull win promotion to the Premier League.

Snodgrass will be hoping to resurrect his career with the Villains this season but it remains to be seen if Bruce will be able to help him to regain confidence.
