Bilic urged to call up teenage sensation to help Hernandez in attack

Some fans of West Ham are begging manager Slaven Bilic to call up Nathan Holland after the youngster scored a fantastic goal for the reserve side against Tottenham in Premier League 2.

The Hammers have endured a bad start to the new season after being thrashed 4-0 by Manchester United during their opening Premier League match and then following that up with a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Southampton last weekend.

Though Javier Hernandez did well during the game against Southampton and went on to score a brace despite his side losing, the Mexican could do with some support in attack.

Holland played brilliantly during the Hammers reserve sides win against Spurs on Monday and scored the winning goal as his side went on to win 3-2.

The 19-year-old received the ball on the edge of the box following a back heel from Grady Diangana and curled it brilliantly into the net.

One Hammers fan commented on the clubs Facebook page, “This guy could change our season!”, while another stated, “Get him in the team.”
