Former Rangers goalkeeper Antti Niemi believes that the Gers will believe that they can win their matches every week due to the good form of striker Alfredo Morelos.
The former Finland national team goalkeeper Niemi believes that Morelos is a type of striker that is capable of scoring more than 20 goals per season.
Morelos is just 21 and will certainly get better as time progress. He has started life with the Gers in good fashion by scoring three goals in two matches and has proven that he is a player who is capable of scoring goals and winning matches going into the future.
Whilst talking about the youngster, Niemi said, “I definitely think he can be the guy who scores 20-plus goals for Rangers.
“I’m sure the manager will want the goals spread around the team too, but there is nothing quite like have a regular scorer in the team. It gives everyone the belief you’re going to win each week.”
