Celtic forward Leigh Griffiths has poked fun at Rangers following the Gers’ 3-2 defeat at the hands of Hibernian on Saturday.
Pedro Caixinha’s side started off on a good note after Alfredo Morelos opened the scoring after just three minutes. However Sam Murray did manage to equalize for Hibs and to make matters worse for the Gers, they had to deal with the sending off of Ryan Jack.
Hibs later took the lead through an own goal from James Tavernier before VykintasSlivka scored a stunner to take the score to 3-1. Tavernier did make amends for his own goal by pulling one back for Rangers though this was not enough for his club to get points from the game.
Following the game, Griffiths poked fun at Rangers on Twitter by responding to a song by a fellow Hibee with a rolling on the floor emoji.
The song stated, “This is how it feels to be Rangers. Going for 55 and you know. The Hibs have pumped you 3-2 for 3 in a row, 3 in a row, 3 in a row.”
