Rafa Benitez makes big admission about his future at Newcastle United

Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez has revealed that he will not quit the club despite being frustrated at the club’s board, who have not granted him sufficient funds to attract the targets that he wants.

Benitez feels that club-owner Mike Ashley needs to grant him more funds in order for the club to be as competitive in the Premier League this season.

The Spaniard recently admitted that he has been left frustrated as he as not managed to sign several targets this summer.

Many have since speculated that Benitez’s frustrations which has lasted since January, could eventually lead to him parting ways with the Tyneside outfit.

However, he has denied this by saying, “Obviously, I said how I feel during this summer, but at the same time, I said that my commitment is 100 percent with this team, this club in terms of trying to win from the first game until the last one.

“My ambition is to do well in every single game to get three points and see where we are in the table. I am not saying I am really pleased with everything because it’s not true, but I am not saying that I will not do my best to be as high as possible in the table.”
