According to reports, Tottenham will reject all advances from Manchester United for defender Danny Rose.
United manager Jose Mourinho is a fan of Rose and has made him a target of his club. The North London club are said to value Rose at around £50 million, which is the same as Kyle Walker, who joined Manchester City this summer for that amount.
The 27-year-old Rose has not played since January due to a knee problem and is still continuing his rehabilitation.
In May, Rose expressed his frustration at Spurs nine year trophy drought and also indicated that his club needs to make a marquee signing this summer.
Mauricio Pochettino’s club have yet to make a single signing this summer which surely must be frustrating to the England international.
However, Spurs have indicated that they will not sell. Whether they do manage to retain key players going forward my come down to whether they win trophies this season.
