Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has claimed that Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho has agreed a deal with Spanish giants Barcelona.
Barcelona have been strongly linked with Coutinho recently as they are said to be viewing him as an ideal candidate to replace Neymar who recently was sold to French club PSG in a world record deal.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are reluctant to sell as the player is an integral part of their plans buy they will be well-aware that playing for one of the elite clubs in Spanish and world football will be appealing to the Brazil playmaker especially considering that many of the legendary Brazilian players played for Barcelona.
Balague now provided an update to the potential transfer saying, “On Coutinho. LFC insist they have no intention to sell. Orders come from top. They rejected only offer till date of €80m in 45 minutes
“Player has agreement with FCB so Catalans think they can convince LFC but not by Tuesday as Catalan press announced today.
“From the negotiation table (close to FCB): never say never. Pressure will continue from FCB. LFC say they can handle it.”
