Derby County reportedly keen on talented Premier League attacker

According to reports, Derby County are looking to sign Everton striker Ademola Lookman on loan.

Lookman is believed to be available as has been on the bench most of the times for the Toffees during their pre-season preparations for the upcoming Premier League campaign and Deby boss Gary Rowett is now looking to add pace to his side by signing him.

After scoring 12 goals from 49 appearances for Charlton Athletic, Lookman joined the Toffees in January and has been hailed as a possible star of the future.

However, he scored only one goal for the club which came on his debut during Everton’s famous 4-0 drubbing of Manchester City.

Considering that Lookman was on the bench for most of the Toffees pre-season matches, there is a strong chance that he is a strong part of Ronald Koeman’s plans for the season.

It may therefore be a good idea to send him on loan in order to play more regularly for Derby and to get some games under his belt.
