Wolverhampton reportedly consider a surprise move for Leeds United man

According to reports, Wolverhampton Wanderers are monitoring Leeds United defender Eunan O’Kane.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo has been very active in the transfer market this summer as he looks to transform his side in order to challenge for Premier League promotion next season.

Thus far, the club have recruited Ruben Neves for a club record fee and parted ways with George Saville and Jed Wallace, with the duo joining Millwall.

Whether O’Kane ends up joining Wolves, may well come down to whether the player has a desire to leave Elland Road. He arrived at the club last summer on a two year deal and his contract expiring next summer.

Considering the amount of cash that Wolves have been spending this summer, a move to Wolves for O’Kane may prove to be tempting. However whether he wants to leave or not is likely to ultimately come down to his own choice.
