West Ham agree a £6million deal for attacker

Enner Valencia has left West Ham to join Mexican outfit Tigres.  The Ecuador international passed a medical during the weekend and will now join up with his team-mates.

After impressing during the 2014 World Cup, Valencia earned himself a move to the Hammers. He however failed to leave an impression during his time in England and spent last season on loan with Everton.

The Toffees opted not to keep him at Goodison Park beyond last season as he also disappointed there, scoring just three times from 21 appearances in the League.

The fee that the Mexican outfit are said to be paying for Valencia is believed to be in the region of £6-7 million. Valencia endured a rather difficult time in England and this will present a good opportunity for him to re-find confidence.

He will have good memories of Mexico, having notched 18 goals in 23 games during his previous spell in the country with Pachuca.
