El Salvador vs Curacao CONCACAF Gold Cup – Watch Live Online, TV Schedule July 13, 2017

This Thursday, July 13, 2017 (5:00 PM Pacific) El Salvador will play Curacao at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado for a group stage match in the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Both teams started out the competition with a loss and will be looking to pick up their first points in the tournament.

El Salvador had a disastrous 3-1 loss against Mexico in its first game in the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup. The Central American team was dominated heavily, only obtaining 34-percent possession and four shots on target. Nelson Bonilla scored the lone goal for El Salvador and one of the more outstanding players in the game was the goalkeeper, Benji Villalobos, who made several key saves but did pick up an injury that disallowed him to play the entire 90 minutes. La Azul y Blanco should be able to have a competitive display in this match and maybe even pick up three points from the encounter.

Curacao had a solid showing in its first match in the Gold Cup competition, falling 2-0 against Jamaica. The scoreline did not tell the full story as Curacao had 57-percent possession and 21 total shots, six on goal. Aston Villa’s, Leandro Bacuna looked impressive in that game, controlling the midfield and generating excellent build-up play. This match should prove to be an entertaining battle between two teams who are eager to get some points.
