Steven Davis of Southampton has paid tribute to Leeds United midfielder Stuart Dallas via social media website Twitter. The 26-year-old Dallas scored last minute winner in Baku to guide Northern Ireland to a 1-0 win over Azerbaijan in Baku.
Northern Ireland currently lie in second position in Group C and are five points behind first placed Germany, with their hopes of qualifying for the World Cup very much alive.

Dallas has received praise for his role in Northern Ireland’s successes and Davis took to Twitter to thank his international team-mate saying, “No better way to finish the season than a 90th minute winner!! Delighted for @dallas_stuart and all the group”
This past season, Dallas managed 31 Championship appearances for the Whites to help the club to its best finish in the second tier of English football since 2011. There is no doubt that he will be a key player for Leeds next season.
