Rangers reportedly increase offer for long-time target

Graham Dorrans is at the top of the Rangers transfer list as the Norwich City midfielder is a big wish of the manager Pedro Caixinha.

This is why Rangers are now reportedly going to raise their offer to £1 million pounds after they were turned down previously this week. The initial sum was £700,000 was unacceptable for the Canaries, who are asking £1.5 million.

But the things are different at the moment because Norwich City landed Mario Vranic, who is believed to be the replacement for Dorrans. It was assumed that Norwich didn’t want to sell a 30-year-old midfielder until they clinch the deal with his replacement.

Also, one other thing will affect resolving of this matter, and that is a fact that Norwich City wants to cut down expenses considering Dorrans’ wage. The Canaries have a plan to lower costs regarding salaries in the club, and this departure is fitting perfectly.

Meanwhile, the Rangers will get an excellent player who has a good experience in the Premier League, as he played 9 years for West Brom Albion. He is a strong offensive midfielder who will bring more aggressiveness in front of the opponent’s goal, something that the Gers desperately need.
