West Ham star addresses his future at the London Stadium

Manuel Lanzini has claimed that he is happy at West Ham amid interest from clubs including Everton in signing him.

Since the departure of Dimitri Payet in January, Lanzini has become one of the most influential players for the Hammers.

“For now, I am thinking of the next game then thinking of having good holidays with the family. I am very happy here. Next year, if we work hard, we will get a better result,” said the 24-year-old.

In 38 appearances this season, the Argentina international has scored eight goals and provided two assists. It is unlikely that the Hammers will allow him to leave easily.

For Lanzini, the best option is to remain at the London Stadium. He will be assured of regular first team football and will have a good opportunity to develop upon the impressive displays that he has delivered next season. The attacker will also likely be considered a very important squad member.
