According to reports, West Ham will battle Valencia for the signature of AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca.
The Colombian is on a good goal scoring run having bagged five goals from his past several games; however there have been reports that Milan may consider selling him due to a strained relationship with manager Vincenzo Montella.
During the January transfer window, Bacca was linked with a big money move to the Chinese Super League however the striker turned it done as he claimed he is not a player that is motivated by money.
The Hammers also had a £25 million bid accepted by Milan for Bacca during last summer but the player himself opted to turn down the deal.
Whether Bacca leaves Milan will largely depend on whether Montella remains as manager for next season. It depends to be seen what the clubs Chinese owners will decide upon during the summer. Milan currently occupy sixth position on the Serie A standings.
