According to reports, Romelu Lukaku favors a move back to Chelsea over Manchester United.
The Belgian international will be sold during the summer after indicating to manager Ronald Koeman that he will not sign a contract extension as he wants to play for a club that is in the Uefa Champions League.
Chelsea are reportedly interested in bringing him back to Stamford Bridge after parting ways three years ago.
Jose Mourinho was also reported to be interested as it is unlikely that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be with the Red Devils for the long term. The 23-year-old however wants a move back to the Blues.
During his first spell at Chelsea, Lukaku failed to establish himself as a first team regular and did not manage to score a single Premier League goal.
However loan spells with West Brom and Everton showed proved Lukaku’s talent before his move to the Toffees was made permanent in 2014.
He is currently one of the best strikers in the world and the Premier Leagues top goal scorer with 24 strikes.
