According to reports, Everton manager Ronald Koeman is eyeing a move for Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca. The 18-year-old has yet to make his Serie A debut however he is highly rated and could be a good investment for the future.
Everton star Romelu Lukaku is bound to leave Goodison Park during the summer after he made it clear that his aim is to play in the UEFA Champions League, something which the Toffees cannot offer at this point in time.
Due to the Belgian internationals top form this season; he will not be short of offers from some of the World’s most elite teams.
The ability of Ronald Koeman to nurture young talents into quality performers as he has done with the likes of Ademola Lookman and Tom Davies may be appealing to Scamacca, who has scored three goals from four appearances for the Italy under-18 teams.
However Everton will have to reportedly also compete with Leicester and AC Milan for his services.
