West Ham are reportedly willing to pay £30 million to lure Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, who is currently on loan with Bournemouth.
The 25-year-old’s current deal with the Gunners expires at the end of next season and he has reportedly been offered a new deal by Arsene Wenger.
However as he is uncertain of regular first team football at the Emirates, the England international is reportedly weighing up the opportunity of joining another club.
West Ham are allegedly eager to add a heralded midfielder to their ranks after their squad as misfired this season and after the departure of Dimitri Payet to Marseille in January.
Sun Sport report that, “West Ham want Jack and have put feelers out – which haven’t been rejected. Staying in London appeals to Jack and with West Ham now in the Olympic Stadium he can see a club as one that can challenge for European football.”
