Tottenham legend Gary Lineker has delivered a message to his former club via social media platform Twitter telling them that should Spurs finish below London rivals Arsenal in the League this season, they should just give up.
If Spurs don’t finish above Arsenal this year they may as well give up.

The North London side maintained their impressive form this season by securing a 2-1 victory over Southampton on Sunday through goals from starlet Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen. The win means that Spurs have established a nine point lead over Arsenal, who lie in sixth position on the League standings.
Though the Gunners have a game in hand over Spurs, their uncharacteristically below par performances this season suggests that it is likely that they will finish below them this season.
Many have suggested that the performances of Arsenal this season will lead to the club parting ways with Arsene Wenger, the man who has served as manager of the club for over 20 years.
While Spurs are sitting comfortably in second place on the League standings, Wenger’s men are battling to secure a top for finish this season.
