The Chronicle Live have reported that Newcastle are interested in Arsenal defender Kristopher da Graca with Rafa Benitez looking to add the player to his youth setup.
After failing to establish himself within the Arsenal first team, the Sun report that the youngster has been told that he can leave the Emirates Stadium to further his career.
It has been reported that da Graca has been offered a trail with the Magpies and should he impress, will be offered a permanent contract.
The 19 year old joined Arsenal at age 16 in 2014 after impressing with Swedish club Hisingsbacka. He has featured seven times for the Arsenal under 23 side and has featured six times in the youth Champions League.
Da Graca is highly rated though he has reported to have a tendency of committing errors. Despite this many feel that he will be capable of competing at the highest level.
