West Ham are not ready to accept defeat in their pursuit of Brentford striker Scott Hogan. Yesterday, Sky Sports reported that the Hammers’ second bid of £10m was turned down by the Bees for their striker on Thursday.

However, the same report went on to claim that the talks are still ongoing between the two sides

Now, according to the latest report from the Express, the Hammers are already planning to submit an improved third bid for the 24-year-old.

The striker has only 18 months on his current, and it is believed that the Bees are prepared to let him this month for the correct price. He is reportedly valued at £15m by his side.

Hogan has scored 14 goals in 25 league games this season and has attracted interests from multiple clubs. Premier League Watford and Bundesliga side RB Leipzig have also been linked with interests in the striker.
