Despite such major signings, Mourinho is not resting on his laurels and it can now be revealed that the Premier League giants have agreed another signing in the form of Mexican youngster Hirving Lozano.
Lozano is currently plying his trade for Pachuca and is considered as one of the most exciting young talents to have emerged from Mexico in recent times.
The 20-year-old featured prominently in Mexico’s Copa America Centenario campaign and a host of clubs across Europe were believed to be keen on signing the attacker.
Lozano moving to Manchester United
Manchester United were reported to be among the high profile clubs interested in Lozano and the player has now gone on to confirm that he will be moving to Old Trafford after the Olympics, in quotes carried out by Futbol Entre Lineas.
He said, “Yes. It’s (transfer to Manchester United) all done, just missing some details and after the Olympics, the deal will become official.”
There has been no official word from either United or Pachuca regarding the transfer but it looks like the move will go through and the youngster could prove to be a very good addition to the Mourinho revolution at Old Trafford.
