According to The Guardian, Liverpool could be joining the race to sign Marseille winger George-Kevin N’Koudou, together with West Ham and Manchester United.
The twenty-one-year-old winger is a transfer target of several Premier League clubs, and now it seems that the Reds and Manchester United are interested in signing him too. He had a very successful last season at the French club, with 11 goals. Before joining Marseille, he was playing for Nantes.
It is understood that West Ham is currently the most interested club, and they are ready to offer somewhere around £10m. However, with the player arriving just recently and having a five-year deal in place, the French club could be setting his price much higher.
On the other hand, Liverpool and Manchester United could be able to offer him more money and meet every requirement that Marseille will ask for. With heavy interest from several EPL clubs, his departure is very possible, and the only question remains whether N’Koudou is going to continue his career at Anfield, Old Trafford, or elsewhere.
