Arsenal to set to place a record bid for striker in the summer

Aubameyang

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is now a wanted man by many top clubs of Europe after scoring 32 goals in 36 games this season for Borussia Dortmund in Bundesliga.

The French-born player’s value has drastically risen from the last time Wenger was tracking him.

According to the French Publication Le10 sport, Arsenal is ready to bid a transfer fee around £63.2million and beat their English rivals Manchester United in signing the current Dortmund player. Wenger has already stated about new and proven signings this season and Aubameyang is one of them.

If this transfer happens, Arsenal will have the record transfer fee beating that of Ozil who came from Madrid for a club-record fee of £42.5million.

Aubameyang has already signed a contract which will keep him at the Westfelnstadion until 2020. There were rumors about his transfer to the Red Devils few weeks ago.
