Manchester United to make £80million move for two superstars in January

Louis Van Gaal is looking set to make a major move for Borussia Dortmund Midfielder Marco Reus in a deal that would also include Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani.

The move is set to cost the Red Devils around £80 Million, as they try to bolster their squad for the latter part of their season.

Reus’s future has looked unsure at Dortmund, with the Bundesliga club giving shaky performances and coming up with lackluster results at this point in the season.

Dortmund have recently sold two major players in Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski to big name rival Bayern Munich, and Reus looks set to leave soon too.

Reus has been a relatively bright sport in the otherwise under-performing Dortmund line-up, but has recently been out due to stretched ankle ligaments sustained in a match against Borussia Monchengladbach.

Edinson Cavani on the other hand, has been performing for a strong Paris Saint-Germain squad who currently sit atop their UEFA Champions League group, ahead of Barcelona, and only a single point behind Marseille in Ligue 1.

Cavani has been linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes, and Van Gaal will look to lure him to Old Trafford this January. With Cavani performing well, the Red Devils will hope to make a home for him in Manchester and ensure the goals keep coming.
