Tigres UANL will host Chivas de Guadalajara at the Estadio Universitario this Saturday, February 8, 2020 (5:00 p.m. Pacific) for a pending match from Week 5 of the Liga MX 2020 Clausura season.

Chivas de Guadalajara is still undefeated to start the new season, but is winless in its last three games. Los Tapatios are coming off a 2-2 draw against San Luis away from home, but that result was not the worse considering that Jose Juan Macias and Alexis Vega were both out due to injuries.

Macias and Vega are both back now and it is said that both players will start in this match. Jesus Hernandez of Multimedios confirmed this along with Chivas’ starting lineup, which does not have many surprises other than the returning players.

The lineup is as follows: Jose Antonio Rodriguez, Jose Maduena, Hiram Mier, Gilberto Sepulveda, Miguel Ponce, Jesus Molina, Fernando Beltran, Eduardo Lopez, Uriel Antuna, Alexis Vega, Jose Juan Macias.

Vega and Macias are the only two new additions to Luis Fernando Tena’s starting 11 as the rest of the XI is the same as the one that was used against San Luis. This will be a tough match for Chivas away from home, but Tigres will be missing several key players like Hugo Ayala and Javier Aquino.
