The Albania vs Moldova UEFA Euro qualifying match will be broadcast live online and on TV as the Eagles host the Eastern European side at the Elbasan Arena this Tuesday, June 11, at 11:45 AM Pacific.
Albania is currently fourth in Group H of the competition, but is just three points back of second place France. The Red and Blacks are coming off a 1-0 loss against Iceland, but did have a dominant 3-0 win against Andorra before that.
Italian manager Edoardo Reja has been doing a great job with Albania and some of the better players on the team like Etrit Berisha and Elseid Hysaj do play in the Italian Serie A. Albania’s backline can be tough to break down and some of the more dangerous players going forward include Armando Sadiku and Bekim Balaj.
Moldova only has three points in this competition and also has a horrendous negative six goal differential to go along with that. The Eastern European side is coming off a 1-0 win against Andorra, but was outscored 8-1 in two games before that victory.
Most of Moldova’s players play domestically in a very limited league, but some of the more interesting players include players who play abroad like Torino’s Vitalie Damascan and Cagliari’s Artur Ionita.
