Kalusha Bwalya
There have been very few African-born players to grace the Liga MX, but Kalusha is definitely one of the more notable ones. Bwalya reached Mexico in Mexico in 1994 with Club America and he was a great player for Las Aguilas, being a key player in the attack. The Zambia international then went on to play for other Mexican teams like Veracruz, Correcaminos, Irapuato and Leon in 1998.
