Tigres UANL has two wins from three games with wins against Leon and Club Tijuana and a loss against Cruz Azul. That loss against Los Cementeros was away from home and the two wins were at the Estadio Universitario as Los Felinos have made the best of their home-field advantage. Guido Pizarro was the team’s biggest signing this offseason and he has been solid in the midfield alongside players like Jesus Duenas and Lucas Zelayaran.

Los Diablos Rojos’ lone loss of the season was a 2-1 defeat against Puebla away from home and this should be a very tough match for Hernan Cristante and company.
Alfredo Talavera picked up a red card in that draw against Chivas last week and will now be out for two league games due to misconduct towards referee Cesar Arturo Ramos. Luis Garcia is set to replace “Tala” in between the sticks and this could have an impact on the team. Toluca has an intriguing squad, but it is an aging team led by Rubens Sambueza that may struggle specifically in away games this season.
