Necaxa is undefeated in its last five games and is coming off an impressive 3-0 win against Monterrey. That result was one of the more shocking ones in Week 8 and of this Clausura 2018 in general. Los Rayos’ defense has been very solid with players like Bryan Beckles and Igor Lichnovsky playing a key role for the team. Ignacio Ambriz has also counted with Paraguayan striker Carlos Gonzalez who has had a breakout season with six goals.
Gonzalez has been one of the more impressive players for Necaxa and has very good support from players like Victor Davila, Dieter Villalpando and Roberto Alvarado. This is one of the more under-the radar-games this weekend but it should not disappoint as both sides are potential dark horse playoff candidates.
