According to Mirror Football, West Ham have joined the race for the signature of Norwich playmaker James Maddison, with Tottenham, Manchester City and Liverpool all still very much keen.
The 21-year-old midfielder has been in top form for the Championship outfit this term, attracting the EPL quartet as a result.
Hammers boss David Moyes badly wants to strengthen his midfield before the January transfer window closes, and he reckons Maddison would help do the job perfectly.
The England international has scored 7 goals and 5 assists in 26 appearances, and will no doubt be a fine addition to the ranks at the London Stadium.
With his chances of playing regularly under Moyes higher than at other suitors, Maddison could prefer to move to east London.
However, it remains to be seen if Norwich will be willing to let go of their most important player midway through the campaign.
For the right price, though, the former Coventry City man could be on his way to West Ham before the end of January.
