According to reports, Middlesbrough are keen to sign Mo Besic on loan from Everton before the transfer window closes.
The Bosnia international has yet to make a single Premier League appearance for the Toffees this season and he is likely to shortly be deemed surplus to requirements at the club considering that he sits below the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin, Tom Davies, Idrissa Gueye and even youngster Beni Baningime in the clubs pecking order.
The Toffees will likely be open to letting Besic leave on loan this month as it will give them an opportunity to get him off their wage bill.
Meanwhile Boro who are chasing promotion could certainly benefit from the hard-working nature of Besic.
Besic has been rather unfortunate during his time at Everton as he has been hampered by injuries and had to miss the majority of last season. This has definitely impacted his development at the club.
