Celtic reportedly on the verge of signing Chelsea winger

According to the Daily Star, Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda is on his way to Glasgow after Celtic found the agreement with the Premier League giants to take the hot prospect on an 18-month-loan deal.

The Belgium U-21 international has demonstrated great potential during his loan spell with the Primera side Real Betis last season.

He came back to Stamford Bridge last summer hoping for some first-time action. However, due to the fierce competition in Blues’ attacking department, the prosperous winger is forced to find a new accommodation to develop his talent.

Celtic boss, Brendan Rodgers has shown great desire to bring the 21-year-old sensation to Parkhead, as he is looking to reinforce his offensive ranks after the injury of Scott Sinclair, and troubled situation around Moussa Dembele.

The former Liverpool manager would like to help Musonda to express his qualities by enabling him to play on a regular basis. It also seems that the Anderlecht youth product wants to play for the Scottish champions.

The Hoops have apparently beaten the competition from several EPL sides and Roma to secure Musonda’s services.
