Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly keen on signing English attacker

According to reports, Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Brom are interested in signing Bournemouth striker Benik Afobe.

Afobe has fallen down the pecking order at the Vitality Stadium this season and the Cherries are reportedly willing to part ways with him in order to recoup the £10 million which they paid in order to sign him two years ago.

The 24-year-old left Wolves to join Bournemouth and he is reportedly still highly-rated at Molineux, so much so that they would like to bring him back.

West Brom are also interested in bringing the forward to their club as they look to bolster their frontline and avoid relegation this season.

The Baggies are however looking at a loan move as the  £10 million fee which will be required to secure a permanent deal will prove to be a problem for them.

Afobe needs a fresh challenge. He has struggled at Bournemouth but could flourish at another club.
