West Ham are reportedly only willing to let Carroll to leave under this condition

According to reports, West Ham will only allow Chelsea target Andy Carroll to leave the club permanently and will not be willing to send him out on loan.

Recent reports have suggested that Chelsea manger Antonio Conte is looking to lure Carroll for the second half of the season as he is looking to bring in a new striker to provide competition and support to Alvaro Morata.

Chelsea are reportedly looking to sign the 29-year-old on loan for the rest of the season but West Ham will not allow this as they need funds to bolster their side this month.

The fact that Chelsea are even considering a move for Carroll who has only netted twice in the League this season highlights the lack of faith which Conte has in Belgian striker Michy Batshuayi.

Since joining Chelsea in 2016 from Marseille, Batshuayi has been named in the starting lineup on just three occasions.
