Aston Villa reportedly interested in signing EPL-winning duo

According to The Telegraph, Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce is looking for a double swoop, as he is trying to bring two Leicester City players Daniel Amartey and Leonardo Ulloa to Villa Park this January.

The same source suggests that Villa are limited by Financial Fair Play rules in January, but they could go for a loan deals to avoid punishment.

Bruce desperately craves to strengthen the squad for the Premier League promotion battle, and he has now identified Amartey and Ulloa as primary goals for January transfer window.

The Villa manager wants to take both players on loan by the end of the season with a ransom option, but Leicester would like to make it mandatory.

Aston Villa have some serious troubles with injured players, as their best striker, Jonathan Kodjia has been struggling with injuries for a few months. Gabby Agbonlahor and Henri Lansbury are also on the list of injured players.  Aston Villa will have to make a lot of effort if they want to complete these transfers.
