Everton reportedly planning huge £50million double swoop

According to reports, Everton are lining up a £50 million double swoop for Swansea defender Alfie Mawson and Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucore.

Though they have lost their last three games in all competitions, the Toffees have improved since Sam Allardyce was appointed as their manager and after signing CenkTosun, they are still looking to bolster their side this month.

The 23-year old Mawson has been impressive for the Swans since he arrived at the club in 2016 and ironically he was seen as a replacement for Ashley Williams who is playing his football for the Toffees.

Doucore meanwhile has become a key player for the Hornets this season and has gone on to score six goals from 21 games.

The 25-year old joined the Hornets from Rennes in 2016 but has only started to shine this season under the guidance of Marco Silva and he now appears to have caught the eye of Allardyce.
