The management of Everton are reportedly urging striker Sandro Ramirez to stay at the club and fight for his place in the side.
Sandro arrived at Goodison Park during the summer transfer window and was touted as a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, however he has failed to hit the ground running and has been linked with a January return to his homeland of Spain with Valencia.
However despite the 22-year olds failures, the Everton hierarchy want him to stay. Manager Sam Allardyce is impressed by the talent of Sandro and is convinced that he has what is required to succeed in England.
Everton are not keen on letting Sandro leave the club in January on loan and will only allow him to leave on a permanent deal if they receive a sum of money in the region of €6 million.
