As per Goal Cyprus, Leeds United are interested in bringing PAOK striker Aleksandar Prijovic to Elland Road in January as manager Thomas Christiansen looks to bolster his frontline.
The 27-year-old Serbian international has been in great form for the Greece Super League outfit this term, scoring 10 goals in 20 appearances across the domestic competitions and Europa League.
However, prising Prijovic away from PAOK won’t come cheap as his £8.8million release clause must be met if Leeds are to have a chance.
Considering they haven’t made signings as expensive as the Serbian in recent transfers, it remains to be seen if the Whites will beat other competitors to his signature.
Nevertheless, given his experience of playing in England having featured for Northampton and Yeovil in the League One, Prijovic could be a great addition to the Leeds attack as they look to land Premier League promotion at the end of the campaign.
