Everton, Liverpool and Tottenham are set to do battle in the race to sign talented Sheffield United star David Brooks.
The Blades are aiming to win a place in the Championship promotion playoffs this season and has a result are hesitant to part ways with Brooks during the January transfer window.
Though the 20-year old recently signed a new four year contract at Bramall Lane, Sheffield would find it difficult to turn down a good bid.
Brooks is still a developing player and he should ideally spend the rest of the season with Sheffield and continue to develop while trying to help the club push for Premier League promotion.
If he moves to a Premier League club at this stage, he will be unlikely to get regular game time.
Should Sheffield fail to win promotion at the end of the season, he should then perhaps consider his future if he can get a good deal.
