As per the Daily Star, Leeds United are in a 3-way battle for the temporary services of promising Liverpool winger Ryan Kent in January.
Fellow Premier League chasers Fulham and Middlesbrough are also keen on the 21-year-old who is currently on loan at Bundesliga side Freiburg.
Kent has only played 6 league games – 1 start – thus far, a poor return compared to the 44 he garnered under his belt at Barnsley last term, and the Reds are looking to recall him next month.
Another stint in the Championship appears to be on the cards, and the aforementioned trio wants in.
Kent’s ability to take on defenders in one-on-one situations remains his greatest assets, and that direct style of his could come handy for Leeds.
Given the quality and potential of the Liverpool starlet, there is no argument on the depth he can bring to the wide areas at Elland Road, and a loan move could be a win-win situation for both parties involved.
Landing Kent, however, won’t come easy, with more Championship clubs expected to express interest in his services once he returns to Merseyside next month.
