West Ham star Adrian takes a pop at ex-manager Slaven Bilic

West Ham goalkeeper Adrian has spoken out about having to spend months without hope under former manager Slaven Bilic.

Adrian was demoted to being second choice keeper at the London Stadium after Joe Hart arrived on loan from Manchester City during the summer.

After impressive performances against City, Chelsea and Arsenal, the Spanish international has managed to regain the number one jersey and is now keen to hold on to it.

It was suggested a few weeks ago that Adrian could leave the Hammers in the near future in order to find regular first team football elsewhere.

However as it appears that he is on good terms with Moyes, reports now suggest that the club could be set to offer the keeper a new deal in the near future.

Adrian is reported as having said: “With Bilic I saw everything very dark. He told me that Joe was going to be his number one and in the first three months, without playing in the league, I had a very bad time, I became frustrated.”
