West Ham have been linked with a move for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi.
The Belgian international is set to leave the Blues on loan in January for the remainder of the season and he will be looking to play as regularly as possible in order to boost his chances of making the Belgium squad for the World Cup.
West Ham will be looking to add more strikers to their squad especially considering that Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll are injury prone.
Batshuayi arrived at Stamford Bridge from Marseille in 2016 for £33 million and has failed to hit the ground running.
He has so far scored just two Premier League goals this season and started on the bench during Chelsea’s victory over Huddersfield on Tuesday despite first choice striker Alvaro Morata being ruled out due to injury.
Batshuayi had to wait until the 69th minute to come on as Antonio Conte preferred to start with a forward line of Eden Hazard, Pedro and Willian.
